We realise that not everyone wants a seven day break starting and ending on a Saturday, and that midweek travel can sometimes be cheaper. So our aim is to be as flexible as possible, to suit you. Whether it’s a long weekend or a two week break, please contact us with your dates and duration and let’s go from there.

Booking terms and cancellations:
Your booking is confirmed on receipt of your booking deposit of 20% of the full cost. Full payment for your trip is normally required six weeks before the start of your stay, please, or immediately, if you book the cottage later than that. We also require a £50 security deposit against damage, to be returned to you within two weeks of the end of your stay.
Cancellation and refunds policy:
If you cancel 56+ days before the agreed start of your holiday; you will receive a full refund.
29-56 days / 50 per cent of total cost
15-28 days / 25 per cent of total cost
1-14 days / 10 per cent of total cost
0 days / Nothing refunded
Insurance:
The cottage rental does not include any personal insurance cover of any kind, and we strongly recommend therefore that insurance is taken out against cancellation, as well as personal accident and medical insurance.
